Job Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and verifying data in our company systems. This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and spreadsheets
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data
• Manage and organize spreadsheets and digital files
• Maintain and update existing database records
• Perform regular quality checks on entered data
• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets consistently
• Follow company procedures and data entry guidelines
• Report discrepancies or errors to the supervisor promptly
• Maintain confidentiality of all company data
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Basic computer literacy (Windows/Mac OS)
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps)
• Basic English reading and writing ability
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (training provided)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Available for full-time remote work
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
